IzziRent Special Offer cars and car rental offers with company brand. One of the differencies between those two types of offers is cancelaltion policy.

Cancellation of "IzziRent Special Offer" reservations
if you have to cancel IzziRent Special Offer reservation, cancellation policy is:
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the car rental booking confirmation date and at least 48 hours before pick up time, all funds will be reimbursed.
If the booking is cancelled outside 7 days of the car rental
booking date and
at least 48 hours before the pick up time, all funds except a
cancellation fee of
EUR 25.00 and the card processing fee (if you had full prepayment, then 25 Eur will be charged, the rest of amount will be refunded, if your partial downpayment was 25 Eur or less, then they keep this amount), will be
reimbursed.
If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the
pick up time, we will retain 3 days rental and the card processing fee
(applies in case of full prepayment).
No refunds will be given if you fail to collect the
vehicle at your specified time or if you fail to meet the driving
license, passport, credit card or other documentation requirements
outlined in this voucher.
Neither do CarTrawler provide refunds for vehicles returned early.
For IzziRent Speical Offers it is essential that you try to cancel as soon as you knwo you will not be able to pick up the car.
Cancellation of Branded Offers

No refunds will be given if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to pick-up or if you fail to collect the vehicle at your specified time or if you fail to meet the driving license, passport, credit card or other documentation requirements outlined on the voucher.
